HOW IN THE HECK DID WE GET TO TALKING ABOUT SUMMER (but between the absolute CHOAS of the end of school calendar & my hubs opening our pool I guess it’s legit! HA).
It got me thinking to how I am mentally going to head into summer - I have found myself in SUCH A GOOD mindspace from following shorter home workouts (thanks BODi Blocks) paired with a few yoga classes. And for summer I want to take that mindset of MOVING that feels good (and gets results) to my nutrition also because, well… summer. #amIright
So for the next month we are going to be diving into showing up EXACTLY as we are, removing all the guilt and pressure of being perfect and focus on making healthier choices AND enjoying the season!
TRUST ME - it doesn’t come easy BUT it is simple with the right routines in your day.
NOW how we REALLY ensure we win? Make small tweaks with some accountability (i.e - ME and my private chat pod filled with ladies doing the exact same thing as YOU; trying to simplify your health routine and FEEL BETTER!).

A 24 hour Virtual Gym: Sometimes having friends makes the workout go by just a little quicker eh? This is NOT a requirement BUT if you do want the virtual company we got you! Schedules have been a little all over the place with the holidays BUT we usually have a 430a, 5am, 6am and lunchtime consistency crew and with people all over the US (and various countries there is usually a friendly face on and working!)
