How my Virtual Fit Club Works

Listen, as a mom of 3 I KNOW it can be so hard to find the time to focus on yourself again. The B Team Community makes it SO much easier with: 

  • 30 minute at home workouts (workouts can range from 20 -1 hour)

  • clean eating meal plans (completely customizable for dietary restrictions/nursing)

  • superfoods shake (think healthiest most convenient meal you’ll have all day)

  • support of other like-minded ladies

My groups are full of women all figuring out how to balance work, family, and somehow take care of themselves in the mix! We check in with one another daily, share recipes, encourage one another through our slip ups, and celebrate our victories together! I have two options for my groups - one is on FB and the other is run through a private app.  In BOTH options only you and the other women in the group will see your conversations! 

To simply put it – the group works, it’s fun, and together we learn lifestyle routines and daily habits that can transform our lives in every aspect!  If you’re looking to start something new, compliment an existing routine or just be a fly on the wall I would be HONORED to be able to inspire, motivate and support you as we work together towards your goals!

Becky is an amazing motivator, truly inspiring and genuinely cares about helping everyone. What is the B-Team all about?

Our team is full of regular people doing extraordinary things.  

On a daily basis we are sharing our story and inspiring others to truly believe they can reach their goals too.  Sometimes the end goal of "getting fit" is SO overwhelming…we beat ourselves up with every disbelief and excuse we can come up with (and we can get pretty creative).  As a coach I consider it my "job" to work through these obstacles one at a time and rebuild this new healthier lifestyle one habit at a time!

The B Team’s purpose is to be a support system filled with like-minded people that will push you out of your comfort zone and into a place where you are dreaming big and learning healthier habits.  

Together we will achieve BIG THINGS.  All it takes in the first step!

Where did the B Team Name come from?

When I sat down and really thought about what I wanted to name my team there were a MILLION ideas swirling around. Obviously it needed to be fitness related but what kept coming to the front of mind was Balance and Integrity.

Why those 2 things you ask?

At the end of the day isn't Balance what we're all striving for? Whether its with our family, our job, our friends, our quiet time, etc. - if you're anything like me, when one of those things is "off" my whole existence is disrupted.

And Integrity because if you aren't honest and open about your values; what you stand for and what you really believe in, how would you even know when one of those really really important things was "off."

I'm getting deep here BUT it's taken me an EXTREMELY long time to come into my own. I am hands down 150% HAPPY with where I am in my life. I am BLESSED to have this unwavering support system of friends and family who believe in me. 

So that is the cliff notes version of where the B Team came from.

Everyday aim to be the best version of yourself, TAKE UP SPACE and don't ever apologize for your dreams, opinions or feelings.
