Chocolate PB Cup Mug Cake
Servings: 1
Ingredients
1 scoop chocolate protein (I love Beachbody Chocolate Recover!)
½ tsp. baking powder
⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk (or water)
2 tsp. all-natural peanut butter (or sunflower butter)
Instructions
Add protein powder and baking powder to the serving mug; mix well. Add almond milk; stir to combine. Drop peanut butter into the center of the mixture; do not stir. Microwave on high for 45 seconds to 1 minute. Serve immediately.
