If you’ve been following along with me on social media you will know I committed to our latest program; 9 Week Control Freak and I will start with this - THIS is my new favorite program.
So I will be honest - I was 100% with my workouts and I lived that 80/20 lifestyle UNTIL Phase 3 and I swear to God I ate everything in the house and drank all the wine. I have all the excuses - kids don’t listen, pandemic stress etc BUT I wont because I worked HARD on myself and my mindset.
No bad days JUST good data right? So I learned I can still get results but not as good as if I committed fully. To me if committing 100% comes at the risk of being an emotional tornado; I’m all set.
I guess the only question that’s left is WHAT’S NEXT? I’m 55 days away from 40 :)
