Alright ya’ll it’s Jan 3 - starting to shake the lazy from the holidays off and if we’re being honest I felt a little lost on what to do for my next move. I LOVE my workouts at the gym but top of my goal list is being more cognizant of my “business hours” so I need an at home alternative.

We all know I have been a DIEHARD Beachbody home workerouter but again, 2024 was the year of change and if I am not excited about it I wont do it SO when my biz partners asked if I wanted to try the program they has been having amazing results with I said sure why the hell not (thanks Crissy and Tanya).

Now I am a little humbled because life (divorce, holidays, 2 jobs - I’m ALL over the place) so I didn’t want to jump in as a coach without trying it myself SO this round starting 1/6 will be a come do this WITH me not a “I GOT YOU, let’s do this.”

How is the FASTer Way to Fat Loss different from other programs?

The FASTer Way is the only program with a clinically proven mobile app that supports fat loss using scientifically validated techniques. It uniquely pairs strategic nutrition with customized training for enhanced results. The program incorporates methods like high intensity intervals, strength training, intermittent fasting, elimination diets, and an emphasis on recovery.

What can I eat?

The nutrition plan focuses on gluten-free and dairy-free whole foods optimized for nutrient density. A vegan option is also available. The program strongly encourages eliminating or limiting alcohol, and teaches participants how to make smart food choices while incorporating occasional treats through coaching support. Weekly meal guides and grocery lists are provided to facilitate planning. Within our effective nutrition strategies, there’s freedom and flexibility so that you can truly enjoy your healthy lifestyle while seeing results!

What are the workouts like?

We offer new workouts daily, 365 days a year, that can be completed at home or in the gym with little to no equipment. Clients can use weights, kettlebells, bands or body resistance for strength training. Workouts are 30 minutes or less and utilize cardio/HIIT (high intensity interval training), strength training, core circuits, ISO stretch, and rest/recovery days throughout the week. 

Each workout also includes a pro trainer demonstrating a low impact or modified version of the exercise, making it possible for anyone to follow along and see results.
