First up was making these BOMB breakfast Blueberry Banana Overnight Oats!
Ingredients
¼ cup / 25 g dry rolled oats
½ cup / 120 ml unsweetened coconut milk beverage
2 tsp. chia seeds 1 tsp. pure maple syrup
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
½ cup / 75 g blueberries
¼ large green banana, sliced 2 Tbsp. sliced unsalted almond
Directions
1. Add oats, coconut milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, extract, and cinnamon to a 16-oz. (475-ml) mason jar (or sealable container); stir to combine.
2. Top with blueberries, banana, almonds, and pumpkin seeds; seal jar. Refrigerate overnight.
Container Equivalents (4WGP): 1 purple, 1 Yellow A, 1 Blue, 1 Orange & 1/2 spoon
