I am coming up on TEN years of being a health coach - TEN YEARS. At the ripe ol’ age of 42 that means I started at 32 and in that decade we had 2 babies, 3 houses, 1 retirement from the Fire Department a broken leg and a whole lot of other things - so my “health” ran the spectrum. I hit the fittest I had ever been to “extreme weight gain” written in my health folder from my dr.
Why am I rambling?
Because I think we spend SO MUCH OF OUR LIVES focusing on the size in our jeans and the number on the scale when the GOAL should be “be the healthiest and happiest version of myself.”
I think it took me far too long to get to this point and I decided to shift how I run my virtual support group to reflect that SO DRUMROLL PLEASE…..
May I introduce the BETTER Collective! A safe space filled with like-minded women who are in dire need of a judge-free community that GETS IT. Whether you’re looking to FEEL better, MOVE better, EAT better or LIVE better; I have JUST the thing (and all the tools for you)!

You can access the group HERE. Check this page for daily inspo, recipes and prompts to get you thinking and into the best headspace to tackle your days! There will be Meal Plans posted weekly (all meals, snacks and food lists HALLELUJAH!).
Since this isn’t a one stop shop and everyone has different goals there will be pinned posts for whatever you’re looking to focus on for the month (fitness, nutrition, mindset or D-all of the above!)
At the CORE of this community is habits which is why the one consistent aspect of each focus is our Habit Tracker. You can grab it HERE. We will focus on just 5 habits that we will work on every day - and again, depending upon our focus we will nail down the 5 and adjust as we continue through the year)
I am a lifelong learner and am in a constant state of trying to learn more, get healthier and BE BETTER (wife, daughter, mom ALL the things) and I like to surround myself with people who are also trying to level up; no pressure EVER, just honest support, guidance & desire to be better.
