You guys, we KNOW #MrParker slays in the kitchen, BUT I think this new meal plan has ignited his creative GENIUS (now too bad he doesn't read my blog to read this compliment! #truth)
People have asked me what this new "diet" is and I HATE the word diet because to me just using that word means it has an end date. And this new meal plan is a LIFESTYLE - we don't talk about things we CAN'T eat, we talk about what we CAN eat so we're full, satisfied and IN CONTROL.
- No calorie counting
- No measuring food
- No containers
- No cutting out food groups (carbs I'm looking at YOU)
- No deprivation
- Ability to follow this program when you're out to eat, traveling - WHATEVER
And for the month of May it's on SALE - so I'll get to the real reason you're here (the recipe goodness) BUT I will end with If you're curious about the plan it comes with everything you need to succeed;
- Video library (educating us on food groups, a plating method for each meal and strategies for life situations)
- Access to a private group run by yours truly!
- Motivation
- Recipes
- ME as your personal coach!
Private group kicks off June 11th and I have 4 spots left!
