Is anyone else FASCINATED with seeing what other people eat in a day!? Well I hope so because that’s what’s coming atcha - Breakfast, Lunch, Snack and Dinner! (Please note - everyone who has ever thought “I don’t need Shakeology, I like to CHEW my food” GUILTY HERE TOO 🤦🏻♀️ I STILL chew the majority of my food but my shake is the most delicious and nutritious part so I’m including some recipes!).
