I Got a PLAN for 2022!

Alright ya’ll it’s the holidays and we are enjoying the heck out of them - its’s all about the 80/20 lifestyle #amIright or #amIright

Here’s the thing - we can enjoy til the cows come home (or maybe the 3 wise men WOCKA WOCKA) BUT having a plan in place for when things start to calm down is THE BEST FEELING in the world. Even better?

Knowing there is a group of ladies that are going to be doing this together! And having completed HUNDREDS of programs there is nothing better than the camaraderie when people are doing everything TOGETHER! So here is our plan and I would absolutely LOVE to have you participate in ANY or ALL parts of it!

January 3: Prep Week kicks off with a 3 day Detox!

I just completed this 3 day Detox in November 21’ and I lost about 7lbs.

3-Day Refresh is a kickstart to your healthy habits and weight loss - READ; when you’ve been on the Quarantine Diet since March and need to CALM DOWN. I have done the refresh about 10 times in the past - most times right before a big event - trip, wedding etc. It can also be used after a vacation or holiday if you overindulged a little bit.

It’s not a fast or something that will have you running to the bathroom. So don’t panic. This is literally the first question EVERYONE has!

You’ll also be eating small throughout the day. The shakes, fiber drink and food list are designed to help reduce bloat, rid cravings and help you start eating healthier.

The refresh detox is perfect for someone:

  • wanting to shed a few pounds after vacation

  • hoping to look their best for a big event

  • interested in starting a healthier routine … like we’re going to do with Job1

The remainder of the week will be focused on “Prepping” for the official launch of our 30 day program; meal plans, scheduling the times we will workout etc.

January 10: Day 1 of Job1

First I believe everything happens for a reason and the launch of this program is NO ACCIDENT. 20 mins a day, 5x a week coming off of the holidays? It is the most effective 20 mins you’ll have all day.

Second, I am OBSESSED with tiny GOOD decisions that add up to a life you GENUINELY love and THAT is what this program is ALL ABOUT; so needless to say I AM HERE FOR IT. Think about how committed you are to your job. You show up. You do what’s expected.

• 20 minutes a day, 5 days a week for 4 weeks—no two workouts are the same in the entire program.

• Includes 20 Strength and Cardio workouts, plus 1 Sample workout

• Strength routines rotate between different muscle groups to help you sculpt and get stronger with maximum efficiency.

• Cardio workouts pick up the pace to help you dial-in the fat-burn.
