Ever hear that quote - “it’s the start that stops most people?” It can 100% be applied to health and wellness ESPECIALLY now. Your newsfeed is filled with trainers, coaches, advertisements for the NEXT BEST THING that will have you dropping Xlbs, inches etc. in X amount of time and I want to stop ya right now because this is 100% NOT THAT. Quick Fixes are just that QUICK bandaids - I am more of the thinking that I want to help you FALL IN LOVE with movement & properly fueling your body because ONLY then will you find sustainable success!
Great - so what IS IT then?
This group is a week long commitment that can yield some amazing results in the physical AND mental realms IF you decide you’re all in. Normally I run month long Virtual Fit Clubs BUT I know for some committing to a month when you’re not sure exactly what you’re getting in to can be #ScaryAF so don’t panic - THIS is for YOU.
My team and I have created a completely private space filled with like minded ladies looking to establish some healthy habits and just feel BETTER then they are right now.
What Can I Expect?
First if you’re local and we do a drop off the total will be $40. If we’re shipping it’s $48
I will be in there posting daily - tips, tricks, recipes and fun contests to keep us on track, motivated & having FUN!! You will be provided with EVERYTHING you need to be successful for the week AND beyond.

What’s Expected of YOU?
Aim to move your body for at least 30 mins a day. I will provide a variety of workouts you can do at home and if the day doesn’t allow for one ANY movement is ok; walking, studio class, spinning etc.
Replace one meal a day with Shakeology which you can read more about HERE.
Check in with the group daily. I’ll be posting super early in the am for the days tasks/topics but the challengers that lean INTO the group (post workout, meal, personal development etc) tend to have the best results/experience!
Clean up our eating. Whole food, delicious, family friendly meal plans will be provided.
Increase your water intake.
Focus on rest. I know sometimes it’s not possible BUT sleep is how our body repairs itself so if we’re amping up the movement we should definitely show our bed some extra love this week!
And lastly I just want to emphasis this is a shorter version of the goods you can expect in my year round Virtual Fit Club where we keep the vibes high and we have FUN. Life is hard enough as it is - let’s surround ourselves with people who get it, slay our goals and eat that chocolate!
