I just wrapped my 3 day Cleanse and I thought I would share all the deets because I feel AMAZING.

3-Day Refresh is a kickstart to your healthy habits and weight loss - READ; when you’ve been on the Quarantine Diet since March and need to CALM DOWN. THE 3 DAY REFRESH MEAL PLAN

As I mentioned above – you definitely get to eat on this plan. It might not be what you’re necessarily used to (I think they’re more like sides), but you get to eat 5 times each day AND if we’re looking to make some changes something has to change right? And it’s just 3 days (what I repeat to myself for 72 hours!)

HERE’S WHAT EACH DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:

  • Drink 8-12 ounces of water upon waking up

  • Breakfast: Shakeology and 1 fruit option from food list

  • Mid-Morning Snack: Fiber Sweep Drink

  • Lunch: Vanilla Fresh Shake, 1 serving veggies, 1 serving fruits, 1 serving fats

Honestly I was NEVER a cleanse person HOWEVER I truly believe this isn’t just a QUICK fix and BOOM you’re saved or fit or healthy. If you go back to living like an animal on day 4 then days 1-3 were kind of a waste no? So I HIGHLY recommend using this to kickstart some healthy habits - ie cleaning up your diet, including shakeology etc. etc.

Now to the tangible stuff!

  • PLAN: To actually succeed you NEED to plan your days and have everything readily available.

  • For the Vanilla Fresh I LOVE mixing a little of the almond butter from my healthy fats OR cinnamon.

  • Partner up. There is nothing better than commiserating (I mean doing this) WITH a friend!

  • You will survive and you will feel so good. Honestly I mentioned to a friend; it sometimes feels GOOD to be hungry. It helps you realize HOW to actually differentiate hunger vs. boredom.
