Let's Take it Outdoors

It takes 30 days to break a habit, but how long does it take to break a habit, learn new ones and build a leaner, strong you, inside and out?

With 30 Day Breakaway, you can accomplish all of that in the same month’s time!

This is our first program designed to be done outside, and is the perfect program to incorporate into your springtime routine! The trainer, Idalis Velasquez, brings strength training and 5K training into a 6 workout per week program. Each workout lasts 20-30 minutes and will fit into even the busiest of days! And by the end- you’ll be able to run a 5K!


30 Day Breakaway is available on the Beachbody On Demand library as of March 22nd, 2021! If you are already in my groups, you can search 30 Day Breakaway on BOD to see if it's for you!

There are SO many benefits to getting your workout in outside. First, your health; daily physical activity anywhere is great, but studies show that outdoor activities have the same effect on our blood pressure, and heart rate, but may be perceived as less strenuous on our bodies! Also, without the confinements of a gym or a class schedule, you can schedule your workout when and wherever you want. And we can all use some extra Vitamin D (but don’t forget your sunscreen!).
