My husband might use the word “obsessed” when it comes to social media and the thing is… he ain’t wrong but let me tell you why.

I had just quit my FT job in digital advertising to teach pilates and start my virtual coaching business when he got hurt on the job (he was a Fire Fighter before the long process of retiring from said injury).  At that time I was 6 months pregnant with my second, teaching fitness and a SAHM with my daughter.  You could say the stress and uncertainty of our current sitch was overwhelming.  I started sharing my struggles on social media and in my blog.

Social media and navigating this life became therapeutic for me.  Listen - I know how weird that can sound BUT sharing with the intention to help another struggling mama out there became how I got through my days.

The more I shared, the larger my audience became and it before I knew what was happening I had this virtual community I never knew was possible OR that I needed.  From this love/appreciation/obsession my desire to learn more was born.

I dove into alll the platforms, how to create content that connects and really helping other ladies find their people online.  Sometimes this happened simultaneously with building their biz and sometimes the journey of finding their authentic voice was the desired end result.

Through the years Branding had been more of a side passion until it wasn’t - ya know when you blink and have a “how did I get here?” kinda moment.  This was mine and I decided to give it a little more focus and intentionality which is why I am BEYOND PUMPED to introduce you to my fourth baby - The Brand Bar!
