Snacks are LIFE

My LEAST favorite mindset when it comes to Meal Prepping is ALL or NOTHING. To me ANYTHING that saves you some time during the week is a HUGE WIN! For me since I’m bless with a stud of a husband who enjoys cooking we mostly prep snacks!

And we know not planning ahead can be a recipe for disaster when it comes to your results so I want to save you from getting HAAAAANGRY with some of my fav snacks! You know Hangry right? When you’ve been hit with hangry feelings and you’ve got nothing healthy on hand to help?

That’s the main reason I love planning + prepping snacks that are YUM and also fit into my meal plan… our results are our choice and I’m not going to be derailed by a late afternoon trip through the drive-thru because I was unprepared.
