That’s what Tuesdays are all about: eating like you love yourself! We’ll be sharing a recipe that tastes so good you won’t believe it’s also ridiculously good FOR you as well. Let’s jump in with an amazing Shakeo recipe: the Chocolate Pomegranate Raspberry Smoothie.

I know that there’s no shortage of pre-made meal replacement shakes and protein powders in the grocery store aisle; but Shakeology stands head-and-shoulders above the competition because of their commitment to quality. Ok, now break out your blender and let’s do this

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup water

  • ¼ cup pomegranate juice

  • 1 cup ice

  • 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology (Whey or Plant-Based Vegan)

  • ½ cup fresh or frozen raspberries

Instructions

  1. Place water, pomegranate juice, ice, Shakeology, and raspberries in the blender. Cover and blend until smooth.
