It’s less structured in regards to eat this not that AND it addresses the elephant in the room - our relationship with food.

Hands down the best part about this program is it is flexible enough incorporate into your existing routine (#creatureofhabit here too!) but also has enough structure to help you see results quickly!  I have been following 90/10 for the past 2 weeks and I can say I am still down about 6lbs - and we won’t even discuss the pig portions on Mother’s Day - but alas, still going strong! 

The new plating method has also reignited #MrParkers creativity in the kitchen because his meals have been ON POINT lately!
