I woke up this morning overcome with gratitude...

I’m coming off a long weekend spent with a lot of my favorite people, I’m cooking up nugget #2, added 2 classes to my schedule (@Ahhh Sweet Balance on Sat @ 8:15 & Flow Yoga on Wednesdays @ 5:45pm) and I’ve received SO many notes from my challengers about their progress in their health and fitness journeys.

Just to highlight a few:

***After working out 6 out of 7 days, drinking tons of water, switching my eating for healthy and drinking ShakeO, I'm proud to announce the scale is down 4lbs this morning!!***

***I just want to say I haven’t felt this good in a very long time.  I would go to the gym for 2 hours and not see the results I am now.  I can’t wait to weigh in!  I hope there’s another FB challenge!  My clothes are fitting loose!  My hubby thinks I look amazing (but he says I always have lol u know them!) just a note saying thanks for helping me get here!***

***I am down 21lbs since starting my journey!  I will do one more round before summer vacation.  I will do one more round (of the 21 Day Fix) before summer vacation with focus on toning, especially my legs!  Then do maintenance the rest of summer!”

***My favorite part was everyone sharing how their days went and the encouragement we received from each other.  I loved seeing everyone’s shake recipes - it gave me other suggestions.  As of this morning I am down 3 pounds in 1 week, which I was happy about :)***

***I'm down 10lbs!  And I can say I really didn't eat as great as I should have ! New gold next challenge eating better! But I've worked out EVERY DAY!***

Every day I surround myself with people who are making themselves a priority.  They’re seeing physical changes but what gets me (DAMN HORMONES!) are the mental ones.

When I started my own journey with Beachbody I wanted a quick at-home workout program for the days I couldn’t make it to the studio - check.  Got what I expected.  

What I got in addition to this was LIFE CHANGING.

I found a COMMUNITY.  My fellow coaches, my teammates, my challengers - they are all positive, supportive, motivated, like-minded people striving to better their lives.  And most importantly they truly share this journey with me.  

On days I am stressed, tired or just straight out CRUSHING a box of oreos - they don’t judge me, they help me get back on track and remind me how far I have come and I would do the same for them.

If you are needing “something” in your life but you can’t quite put your finger on it… I’d be pretty confident in saying “this is it.”  

And at the end of the day - what do you have to lose?
