Alright friends - I committed to this program in Sept because I needed a RELEASE or something besides the new school routine (We are currently Virtual Remote and HomeSchooling (and distracting a 15 month old #sendhelp) to focus on!

And I KNOW I am not alone. Everyone is sort of in a messy schedule. THAT IS WHY I decided 20 mins a day was a doable amount of time for the current season of life!

Now I completed this program awhile ago, when I was pregnant with Ronin but I was ECSTATIC to give it another go - this time without carrying around an extra 60lbs! and I will say this…

IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT. I am down 7+ inches and 6+lb in 6 weeks.

So let’s get into the deets AND let’s just throw it out there because I thought the same thing when I saw the step -

THIS IS NOT YOUR MOM’S STEP CLASS FROM THE 80’s.

Transform 20 combines HIIT,  resistance, and flexibility workouts to help you burn fat and get shredded. Every 20-minute workout uses a workout step to increase intensity and burn more calories.

If you’re looking for a program to help you lean out, this is definitely a great choice because it’s quick but effective.

HOW HARD ARE THE TRANSFORM 20 WORKOUTS?

I’m not going to lie – Transform 20 workouts are killer. There is a lot of jumping and endurance-style moves that will have you soaked in sweat in under half an hour.

Honestly the moves are traditional and pretty easy to learn, but the pace he has you do them is what makes it so hard. There are no breaks, and as soon as you think you’ve got your pace down he adds in a “Transformer.”

WHAT’S A TRANSFORMER?

It’s a single move that Shaun T wants to you go all-out on for 1 minute. He’ll have you do 3 “Transformers” in each workout.

Ab crunches on your step or mountain climbers are two examples of Transformers.

CAN BEGINNERS DO TRANSFORM 20?

Yes, beginners can do Transform 20. There is a modifier in every workout. Keep in  mind the workout is intense though. Beginners should always go at their own pace and not worry about keeping up with the advanced exercisers in the workout. Also remember I did this while pregnant SO even modifying is a KILLER workout.

DOES TRANSFORM 20 HAVE A MODIFIER?

Yes! The modifier does each move without the step. He or she does jump during some of the moves – making this a high-impact workout at points.

You can always stick to low impact moves though. You’ll intuitively know how to remove the jumps because the moves are pretty routine to master good form.

The results of this program shocked us! They are so amazing!

GOOD TO NOTE* Each of these before and after photos are after just 1 round of the program. They also did not use the bonus strength workouts; however, they are still a great choice to incorporate.

HOW LONG IS THE TRANSFORM 20 PROGRAM?

Transform 20 is a 6-week program broken down into three 2-week phases. You’ll workout 6 days a week for 20 minutes a day.
