We Had So Much Fun We're Doing It Again...

The world is currently going to hell in a handbag so the team and I asked each other; WHAT CAN WE DO TO HAVE A LITTLE FUN?

“ I had a freaking BLAST during our last Biggest Loser Challenge. It gave me something GOOD to focus on (instead of quarantine, masks, school etc. etc.) - How about another Test Group focused on our newest program?”

So in case you missed it #mbf is comprised of two 3-week programs – #mbf Muscle Burns Fat & #mbfa Muscle Burns Fat Advanced – designed to be done back-to-back. Led by Super Trainer Megan Davies, #mbf will help you get lean, strong, and healthy as you ignite your metabolism and incinerate fat with 25-to-35-minute strength-training and cardio workouts. Once you finish #mbf, you can blast into the next 3 weeks of #mbfa, where Megan dials-up the intensity, challenges, and workout length (up to 40 minutes) to push you harder for an even greater total-body transformation.

These results were achieved in THREE WEEKS.

⭐️It’s a 21 day PRIVATE challenge/group (on FB) starting August 24

⭐️You’d need 2-3 sets of weights and a mat if you’d want that for floor exercises for cardio core days. I used 10 and 15s for my weights in #mbf BUT use whatever you have!  And we can get creative if need be!

⭐️The workouts are 25-45 minutes, 7 days a week. You could double up one of the weekend days because the Sunday workout is a recovery workout. Then you’d get one weekend day off a week

⭐️You’ll have to submit before pics (before we start on day one) and after pics (after the last day) and you’ll need to post your sweaty selfie on the daily workout post that will be in the private group page
